These Terms and Conditions outline the provisions governing the Bhutan tour package offered by Karmay Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Included in the Package:

1.1. Accommodation: Experience clean and top-rated hotels located near top tourist destinations. Single room occupancy is available at an additional cost. An optional upgrade to a 5-star hotel is available at an extra fee.

1.2. Meals: All meals are included - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy farm-to-table dishes and authentic Bhutanese cuisine.

1.3. Activities and Monument Fees: Explore activities such as river rafting and entrance fees to cultural sites like dzongs, which are included in the package.

1.4. English-Speaking Guide: Travel with a knowledgeable English-speaking guide. Additional charges apply for guides speaking other languages.

1.5. Driver and Private Vehicle: Benefit from a dedicated driver and a high-quality private vehicle for transportation between destinations and sightseeing excursions.

1.6. All Paperwork: We handle all necessary paperwork and permits, ensuring a hassle-free travel experience for you.

1.7. Sustainable Development Fee (SDF): The package includes the Sustainable Development Fee of $100 USD per day for entry into Bhutan. This fee supports the preservation and sustainable development of Bhutan's cultural heritage.

1.8. Visa Fee: Non-refundable entry visa fees of $40 USD per person are included in the package. We guarantee visa approval; otherwise, you will not be charged.

2. Not Included:

2.1. Air Travel: Flights to and from Bhutan are not included in the package.

2.2. Alcohol: Expenses for alcoholic beverages are not included.

2.3. Snacks: Additional food items beyond provided meals are not included.

2.4. Other Expenses: Personal expenses, souvenirs, extra activities not specified in the itinerary, and gratuities are not covered by the package.

2.5. Insurance: All visitors are strongly recommended to have valid travel insurance covering the duration of their visit to Bhutan.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. To book the tour, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified by the Company.

3.2. Payments are accepted via Visa or Bank Transfer, and all prices are quoted in USD.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Cancellation policies apply and vary depending on the tour package. Detailed cancellation terms will be provided upon booking confirmation.

4.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy and may be subject to cancellation fees.

5. Liability

5.1. The Company acts as a tour organizer and is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during the tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5.2. Participants join activities and tours at their own risk and release the Company from any liability arising from their participation.

6. Changes and Amendments

6.1. The Company reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. We will notify you promptly and offer suitable alternative arrangements or refunds, as applicable.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bhutan, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhutan.

9.1. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website or notifying you by other means.

10.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Bhutan tour package and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

10.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
